Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These are the basic terms for using this website and getting a quote from Trinity Services LLC. They do not replace the actual job contract you sign before any work starts. The job contract is the binding document for the work itself.
1. About Trinity Services LLC
Trinity Services LLC is a Florida limited liability company based at 22283 Mondon Hill Rd, Brooksville, FL 34601. We are a licensed and bonded Florida mobile home contractor and carry general liability insurance as required by Florida law.
2. Quotes versus contracts
A quote, whether on this website, by phone, by text, or by email, is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is not a binding contract.
The binding contract for any work is the written job agreement we send you separately, after we confirm scope, route, permits, and any conditions specific to your job. You sign that agreement before we begin work, and it controls the terms of the work and payment.
3. Pricing accuracy
We do our best to give accurate quotes from the information you provide. If conditions on the day of the job differ materially from what was quoted (for example, the home turns out to be a different size, the access road is impassable, or the lot needs unexpected prep), we will pause and discuss revised pricing with you before continuing.
4. Permits and inspections
We pull every permit required by the Florida DHSMV and the county where the home is set. We schedule and attend the inspection. If the inspection fails for work that we did, we fix it at our cost. If it fails for reasons outside our work (for example, owner-supplied utilities or pre-existing structural issues), we will let you know what is required to pass.
5. Insurance and liability
Trinity carries general liability insurance with coverage limits of $1 million. If we damage your home during transport or setup due to our work, our coverage applies subject to the terms of our policy.
We do not insure pre-existing damage, weather damage, or third-party damage outside our work. The job contract spells out specific responsibilities and limits.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as possible. Cancellations more than 7 days before the scheduled date are free. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee for permits already pulled and crew time already committed. Specifics are in your job contract.
7. This website
This website is provided as-is for informational purposes. We do our best to keep service area details, pricing ranges, and FAQ answers current and accurate, but they are not contractual.
If you find an error or have a correction, let us know and we will fix it.
8. Disputes
Any dispute between Trinity Services LLC and a customer will be governed by Florida law. We prefer to resolve issues directly: if you have a problem, call the owner.
