Our process

How a Trinity move actually goes.

From the first phone call to the last bolt tightened, here is exactly what we do, step by step. No surprises, no upsells, no hidden fees.

01

First contact

You call, text, or use the form. We pick up. The owner answers your call directly. We ask three things: where the home is now, where it is going, and the size of the home (single, double, or triple-wide). We give you a price range right then.

  • Same-day response, every business day
  • Bilingual on every call (English or Spanish)
  • No call center, no scripts, no transfers

Site visit and firm quote

If the job is bigger than a basic single-wide move, we drive out to look at the access, the new lot, and any obstacles. Then we send you a written quote with line items: transport, setup, tie-downs, permits, anything else. You sign before we do any work.

  • Site visit free for jobs in our service area
  • Written quote with line items, no surprise fees
  • Quote valid for 30 days

Permits and scheduling

We pull every permit required by Florida and the county. You do not deal with the county, the DHSMV, or any inspector. We schedule the job around your date and confirm 48 hours before crew arrives.

  • All Florida and county permits handled
  • Insurance proof emailed to your park or HOA
  • Move date confirmed 48 hours in advance

Move day

Crew arrives at the agreed time with the right truck, escort vehicle, and tools. We bring printed insurance proof and the signed permit. We disconnect, prep, transport, and set the home in one day for most single-wides, one to two days for double-wides.

  • 1-ton truck with hydraulic winch
  • 3 to 4 certified installers
  • Escort vehicle for moves over 14 feet wide
  • Printed paperwork in your hand before we touch the home

Setup and inspection

Once the home is on the new lot, we level, tie down to FL Rule 15C-1 spec, install piers and blocking, and reconnect what you ask us to reconnect. We schedule the county inspection and stay until it passes.

  • FL Rule 15C-1 compliant tie-downs
  • ABS pads or concrete piers as the lot requires
  • Inspection scheduling and attendance included
  • If the inspection fails on our work, we fix it free

Final walkthrough and payment

We walk you through the work, show you the inspection passed, and hand over the paperwork. Final payment is due only after the home is set and approved. We accept check, card, and bank transfer.

  • Walkthrough with you on site
  • All paperwork and inspection records handed over
  • Final payment after the work is approved, never before
  • 30-day warranty on workmanship
