What you get on the day

What you'll see when we arrive

Most movers won't tell you any of this. Here's exactly what shows up at your door.

Right equipment

1-ton truck with hydraulic winch, hitch dolly, axle stands, level kit, and an escort vehicle for moves over 14 feet wide.

Right crew

3 to 4 certified installers depending on home size. Lead is bilingual on every job, so you can ask questions in either language.

Paperwork in your hand

Printed proof of $1M general liability insurance and the signed permit, in your hands before we touch your home.

Route plan, signed

Map of the move route with permit number, escort details, and ETA at the new lot. You keep a copy.

Inspection-ready setup

Tie-downs and piers go in to FL Rule 15C-1 spec. We schedule the county inspection ourselves, and it typically passes the first try.

If anything goes wrong

$1M of coverage on your home. We document everything before and after. If we damage it, we cover it. No fine print.

How it works

From quote to keys, four steps.

No surprises, no upsells. Here's exactly what happens between your first call and your home being set.

1

Call or text

Send your ZIP and home size. We answer same day with a price range and confirm the scope. No call center, no scripts.

2

Permits and contract

We pull every Florida and county permit needed for the job. You sign a clear written contract before we touch anything.

3

Move day

Crew arrives on the agreed date with the right truck, escort vehicle, and tools. We bring printed insurance proof and the signed permit.

4

Set, inspected, paid

We level, tie down, and stay until the county inspection passes. Final payment is due only after the home is set and approved.

Real jobs. Real trucks.
